Common Questions Before Reaching Out
Processing failed or took too long? Most songs complete within a few minutes. If a paid job fails, credits are refunded automatically. If the issue persists, include the file name and approximate upload time in your message so we can look into it.
Need a refund? Unused credits are non-refundable but never expire. If a processing job produced unusable results, reach out and we will review the case.
Which audio formats work? MP3, WAV, and M4A files up to 100 MB and 15 minutes in length. Output is always WAV.
Is my uploaded music private? Yes. Uploaded files and processed results are stored temporarily and are not shared, indexed, or used for training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do credits work? Credits are measured in seconds and deducted by the exact audio duration you process. A 4-minute song uses 4 minutes of credits. All stem types, online controls, and exports are included per processed song.
